Svenja is a leader in Finance at Roche. She has a big passion and experience in bringing agile to teams and organisations. Currently she is an Enabler in the Enterprise Center of Excellence, which is a scaled agile Finance organisation at Roche. She is overseeing the Planning activities and is responsible for the Group Strategic Planning.
